Kryll in 2025: Year in Review - Growth and Innovation Retrospective

2025 will remain a pivotal year for Kryll³. From the public Beta launch in January to X-Ray's deployment in July, each month brought its share of innovations, strategic partnerships, and community-driven developments. The community placed the KRL token at the heart of priorities, and we delivered: expansion to Base, Optimism, and Arbitrum, listings on Revolut and dYdX, native integrations in official bridges.

Meanwhile, the ecosystem grew richer with powerful tools like the AI Agent, SmartFolio, X-Ray, and the first glimpses of Gem Detector. This retrospective traces month by month the milestones that transformed Kryll³ into a comprehensive, accessible AI platform resolutely focused on the future of Web3.

Community defines early 2025 priorities

To start the year, we asked the community to vote on what Kryll³'s strategic priorities should be for early 2025. The vote decided:

  • Strengthen the KRL token | 49.52%
  • Develop new features | 29.57%
  • Improve existing features | 20.91%

The community clearly prioritized KRL, while showing strong interest in the arrival of new tools and improvements to existing ones.

Opening of Kryll³ public Beta

A few days later, on January 20, we reached a major milestone with the opening of the Kryll³ public Beta, which attracted several hundred users within the first hours despite the absence of an official announcement. This step made the platform accessible to everyone, without invitation or restriction.

Features available at launch:

  • Agent K, our conversational assistant connected to wallets, capable of offering personalized analyses and advice.
  • SmartFolio, which centralized and analyzed assets across multiple blockchains and exchanges.
  • News Hub, an AI news feed with sentiment analysis linked to held positions.
  • Reward Program, allowing users to earn rewards and AI credits through various quests.

This launch also marked the beginning of a year focused on the arrival of new tools like X-Ray, Gem Detector and Harpoon, as well as the expansion of KRL to several L2 blockchains. The opening of the public Beta laid the foundations for a more complete and accessible ecosystem for all our users.

Vote on KRL liquidity on DEXs

In early February, a new community vote defined the KRL liquidity strategy on DEXs. Users could distribute their 100 points among several strategies to guide our next actions.

Results of the February 14 vote:

  • Move to Uniswap V4 with improved liquidity: 54.78%
  • Maintain on Uniswap V3 with added liquidity: 23%
  • Open an additional pool on SushiSwap while keeping Uniswap: 22.22%

This vote confirmed a clear preference for Uniswap V4, offering a better technical framework to optimize KRL liquidity and improve the user experience on DEXs.

KRL listing on dYdX

A few days later, we announced the KRL listing on dYdX, the reference decentralized platform for perpetual trading. This listing allowed users to trade KRL with leverage, take long or short positions, and enjoy a fully decentralized experience via wallet, without KYC.

To accompany this launch, we published a comprehensive dYdX tutorial covering the essentials to get started: connection, opening positions, risk management, depositing in MegaVault and best practices. This guide facilitated access to dYdX for users wishing to explore these new possibilities around KRL.

Publication of an X thread on AI Agent use cases

On February 13, 2025, we published an X thread dedicated to concrete use cases of the AI Agent, to show how it could simplify portfolio analysis and accelerate decision-making.

Overview of highlighted capabilities:

  • Analysis of stablecoin ratio across all wallets and CEX accounts.
  • Instant identification of the best and worst performers in the portfolio.
  • Verification of diversification level and detection of risk concentrations.
  • Identification of trending projects that have experienced a notable pullback.
  • Discovery of low-cap tokens in emerging narratives.

This thread demonstrated, in a simple and playful way, how the AI Agent could become a true daily assistant for users, by automating key market and portfolio analyses.

Launch of our weekly Space series on X

On March 11, 2025, we launched our first weekly Spaces series on X, a dedicated meeting point for discussions around crypto, AI and their concrete uses. Every Wednesday, we brought the community together to discuss market trends, present our progress and answer user questions live.

Over the weeks, we hosted and participated in several dozen Spaces, creating a regular format that strengthened our proximity to the community and opened a lively exchange space around the Kryll³ ecosystem.

Arrival of KRL on Base

Starting March 13, 2025, KRL became available on Base, Coinbase's Layer 2, opening the door to fast and very low-cost transactions. This extension made the token much more accessible and practical for users wishing to avoid high Ethereum fees.

What was implemented:

This arrival on Base allowed users to enjoy a faster and less expensive network, while expanding access to KRL within Web3.

Arrival of KRL on Optimism

The Optimism network welcomed KRL starting March 17, 2025, a step that offered users a fast and economical alternative to use the token. This expansion reduced transaction costs and facilitated access to KRL within an already widely adopted ecosystem in Web3.

What was deployed on this occasion:

This arrival on Optimism allowed users to bypass high Ethereum fees while enjoying a fast network, strengthening the adoption and ease of use of KRL.

Arrival of KRL on Arbitrum

On March 24, 2025, KRL joined Arbitrum, one of the most performant Layer 2s in the Ethereum ecosystem. This integration allowed users to enjoy fast and very economical transactions, while facilitating access to the token within a widely adopted network in DeFi.

What was implemented:

The arrival of KRL on Arbitrum offered users a fast and inexpensive alternative, while strengthening its adoption within the main Layer 2 infrastructures.

Strategic partnership with Victus Global

On March 31, 2025, we announced a strategic partnership with Victus Global, a team recognized for its expertise in developing and accelerating Web3 projects. Their network of KOLs, their proximity to numerous exchanges and their experience in scaling make them a key ally to strengthen our visibility and seize new opportunities.

What this partnership brings us:

  • Access to an extensive and qualified Web3 network.
  • Direct support to accelerate our growth and marketing actions.
  • Better exposure to investors, users and strategic partners.

This collaboration marked a new stage in our development, with a clear ambition: to go faster and further, while pursuing our vision of a simplified Web3 enhanced by AI serving users.

Strategic partnership with Superbridge

On April 4, 2025, we formalized a strategic partnership with Superbridge to integrate KRL natively into their bridge to Base and Optimism. This collaboration simplified token transfer by allowing users to select KRL directly in the interface, without manual addition of contract address.

What this integration brought:

  • A simpler, smoother and more accessible bridge for everyone.
  • Immediate exposure of KRL to the Base and Optimism ecosystems.
  • A key step to support the multi-chain expansion of the token.

This advance strengthened the user experience while supporting the growth of KRL on the main Layer 2s in the market.

Strategic connection with Veritas Protocol

In early April 2025, we announced a strategic connection with Veritas Protocol to explore common avenues around AI and Web3 security. Veritas stands out with a protocol capable of automatically identifying smart contract vulnerabilities and correcting them in real time thanks to a multi-agent AI architecture. Their approach also includes automated audits, a trust score and in-depth analysis of token health, bringing a new vision of security within Web3.

Improvements to AI Agent and SmartFolio

On April 7, 2025, a key update strengthened the intelligence of the AI Agent and improved the multi-chain management of SmartFolio, in line with the expansion of KRL on several networks.

What the update brought:

  • A more precise AI Agent thanks to contextual selection of its internal modules.
  • Responses better adapted to news and user needs.
  • Improved cross-chain management in SmartFolio with merged or detailed view.
  • Truly multi-chain KRL: all KRL held on supported blockchains count toward subscription level.
  • Interface optimizations and a new section referencing KRL purchase points.

This upgrade made the platform clearer, smarter and more practical for daily use.

Strategic partnership with Arbitrum for the official bridge

On April 8, 2025, we formalized a collaboration with Arbitrum to integrate KRL directly into their official bridge. Thanks to this native integration, users can select KRL in the interface without adding a contract address, which simplifies transfer from Ethereum and strengthens the token's exposure in the Arbitrum ecosystem.

Strategic connection with Terminus Network

On April 10, 2025, we announced a strategic connection with Terminus Network to explore common avenues around AI applied to payments. Terminus is developing a solution that connects Web3 to the real economy by enabling frictionless crypto payments at merchants, while directly paying them fiat currencies via existing systems. A project designed to make daily crypto use simple, smooth and accessible.

Strategic connection with Ink Finance

On April 14, 2025, a new connection was established with Ink Finance to identify potential synergies between our AI approach and their on-chain financial infrastructure. Ink Finance allows organizations to deploy robust management structures on the blockchain, with advanced risk control and complete transparency for use cases ranging from RWA to DeFi.

Strategic connection with Strant AI

On April 17, 2025, we initiated a connection with Strant AI to explore possible collaborations between our intelligent assistants. Strant offers an AI assistant specialized in the crypto market, equipped with predictions powered by their own AI engine, real-time analyses and a self-evolving system that continuously improves the quality of its insights.

Strategic connection with Suede AI

On April 22, 2025, we unveiled a strategic connection with Suede AI, a project that combines generative AI and blockchain to transform music creation and monetization. Suede allows artists to use personal AI agents to enrich their creative process, while strengthening the relationship with their community and opening the way to new engagement models.

Strategic connection with Neova

On April 28, 2025, we announced a promising connection with Neova, the first step toward potential synergies around AI and decentralized infrastructure. Neova merges AI and decentralized cloud to offer a professional solution focused on data sovereignty, security and scalability, intended for businesses and individuals alike.

Featuring Kryll³ on Galxe homepage

On April 29, 2025, Kryll³ obtained a place on the Galxe homepage, offering strong visibility to the platform and our Community Reward Program. This feature allowed more users to discover our quests, earn Galxe OATs and obtain AI credits, while opening access to future rewards linked to KRL.

Airdrop of 25,000 KRL for Galxe participants

On May 16, 2025, we launched the first phase of our airdrop campaign on Galxe with a distribution of 25,000 KRL reserved for participants completing dedicated quests. This operation, open until May 31, strengthened community engagement while offering users a direct opportunity to earn KRL by participating in the program.

Launch of AI Replay

On May 26, 2025, we introduced AI Replay, a feature designed to easily share a discussion with the AI Agent. It generates a link that replays the exchange directly on the platform, as if the person had asked the questions themselves.

What AI Replay allows:

  • Share an analysis, technical explanation or insight obtained via the AI Agent.
  • Show the complete flow of a conversation, with its context.
  • Introduce the AI Agent to other users without having to summarize the exchange.
  • Earn XP points in the Community Reward Program with each share.

AI Replay offers a new way to distribute clear and contextualized crypto content, while strengthening the collaborative dimension of Kryll³.

Publication of Dev Diary #13

On May 26, 2025, we published Dev Diary #13, a detailed recap of our recent progress. This edition covered major technical updates, improvements to the AI Agent, the evolution of SmartFolio and the latest tools added to the platform, with a precise dive into the technical aspects and development choices.

Strategic connection with Aloha Protocol

On June 10, 2025, we announced a strategic connection with Aloha Protocol, the first step toward potential synergies around AI applied to critical environments. Aloha is developing enterprise-oriented AI agents capable of functioning by consensus, an approach designed for demanding sectors such as fintech, healthcare or highly regulated industries. Their technology aims to offer more reliable, collaborative and precise systems, opening the way to potential common innovation paths.

Official launch of X-Ray on Kryll³

On July 8, 2025, we announced the public release of X-Ray, our new crypto audit module designed to analyze any token in seconds. This step marks a major turning point for Kryll³, as X-Ray becomes one of the platform's technological pillars.

With X-Ray, users were able to discover:

  • A complete and instant analysis of over 10,000 tokens.
  • Audits covering financial, technical, fundamental, social aspects and on-chain security.
  • Automated detection of risks and critical alerts.

July 15, 2025 marked a new step for Kryll³ with the announcement of a strategic collaboration with Paal AI, a recognized player for its conversational agents and automation solutions dedicated to Web3. This cooperation places Kryll³ within a dynamic ecosystem where projects, communities and innovators focused on artificial intelligence come together. This collaboration reflects our common desire to make AI more accessible, more useful and better integrated into the daily uses of Web3 enthusiasts.

Kryll³ participation in Web3SlashPlace

On July 28, 2025, we joined Web3SlashPlace, a collaborative canvas of one million pixels where Web3 communities build their visuals pixel by pixel. It's free, accessible on all devices and open to everyone.

KRL listing on Revolut

On August 12, 2025, a major step was reached with the arrival of KRL on Revolut. This integration opens access to the token to 55 million users in 38 countries, directly from the app of Europe's largest neo-bank.

  • Purchase KRL in a few clicks, without going through an exchange.
  • Access for millions of users not initiated to crypto.
  • More visibility thanks to a presence alongside over 300 cryptos already listed.
  • Possibility for advanced users to go through Revolut X for more competitive fees.

Launch of X-Ray Weekly Discoveries format

On September 24, 2025, we launched X-Ray Weekly Discoveries, a new weekly meeting that highlights the best-rated projects by X-Ray. Each week, our module analyzes hundreds of new tokens on over a hundred criteria, then we select the 5 most promising projects.

This format is published both as an X thread and a detailed article on our blog, offering a clear and quick overview of new projects that truly stand out in the ecosystem.

SmartFolio expands to BNB Chain

On October 6, 2025, SmartFolio reached a new milestone with the complete integration of BNB Chain. Users can now track their BNB cryptos and NFTs directly in SmartFolio, alongside Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, Optimism, Solana and Polygon.

What this integration changes:

  • Automatic tracking of assets and NFTs on BNB Chain.
  • An even more complete multi-chain view in a single dashboard.
  • More relevant analysis thanks to AI, which now takes the BNB ecosystem into account.

BNB Chain is among the most active networks in the market, with very low fees and a dynamic DeFi ecosystem. Its addition brings SmartFolio closer to its goal: to offer a unified, simple and intelligent portfolio, capable of gathering all your crypto data in the same place.

Launch of X-Ray Weekly portfolio

On October 7, 2025, we transformed our X-Ray Weekly Discoveries format into a concrete experience for the community. Tokens that ranked first in the first editions, like ASTER and BLESS, showed strong performances. We therefore decided to go further.

Each week, Kryll now buys the token ranked number 1 in X-Ray Weekly Discoveries and adds it to a public portfolio.

Objective: to track over time the evolution of the best-rated projects by X-Ray and observe if their performances confirm their ranking.

X-Ray update with new features

On October 20, 2025, X-Ray received a major update integrating several improvements requested by the community. This version strengthens audit precision, facilitates access to key information and improves the overall fluidity of the tool.

Main new features:

  • Display of contract addresses by blockchain in the On-chain Data section.
  • Direct search by contract address to instantly access a token's analysis.
  • Automatic alert when the top 10 holders own more than 50 percent of the supply.
  • Bug fixes and optimizations intended to make X-Ray more stable and more pleasant to use.
