The Kryll.io team is proud to integrate this new partner in the list of supported exchanges on the Kryll platform. You can now launch your strategies from the Kryll.io platform using your Gate.io exchange. But before you start, you will have to link your Gate.io API key to our platform, you will find below the steps to follow, and in a few minutes you will be ready to launch your first strategies.

Setting up the 2FA and Fund Password
Before creating your Gate.io API key, you will need to set up a 2FA and a Fund Password. Follow the steps below to find out where these parameters can be found:
1) Setting up your 2FA: Log in to Gate.io, hover your mouse over your profil icon and click on the "Security Settings" in the drop-down menu
2) Set up your 2FA in the "Basic" section
3) Setting up your Fund Password: go back to the "Security Settings" page and set up your Fund Password in the "Password Management" section
Setting up a Gate.io API key to link your account to Kryll
Now that your 2FA and Fund Password are set up, follow these steps to create and configure your Gate.io API key:
1) Hover your mouse on your profile icon and then click on "API Management" in the drop-down menu
2) Click on the "Create API key" button
3) Give this API a name (The name you give does not really matter, put whatever you want)
4) Select "Later" in the IP Permissions setting
5) Check the Spot/Margin Trade permission and then click on the Submit button
7) Confirm that you are aware of the risks
8) Enter your Fund Password and your 2FA validation code
9) Once done, don't close this tab and go to the Kryll Platform
10) Log in to the Kryll Platform and go to "Settings"
11) Find the dedicated window on the bottom right of your screen
12) Select Gate.io
13) Copy and paste the key and the secret key that Gate.io gave you, then click on "Ok"
Congrats! You are now all set up for automated trading on Gate.io with Kryll!
Go to the Kryll Marketplace and now launch your very first trading bot!
